Epitalon 10mg

A tetrapeptide with an unusually long research history — over 30 years of published science, including some of the longest longitudinal aging studies ever conducted. Studied for its relationship with the pineal gland and cellular aging.
How It Works
The Target
Telomerase — the enzyme that maintains telomere length at chromosome ends. Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) is a synthetic tetrapeptide based on the naturally occurring pineal gland peptide epithalamin.
The Mechanism
Activates telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT), enabling cells to rebuild the protective telomere caps that shorten with each division. Also influences pineal gland function, modulating melatonin production and circadian regulation through neuroendocrine pathways.
Why It Matters
Khavinson's research showed Epitalon reactivated telomerase in human somatic cells and was associated with increased lifespan in animal models. The dual telomere/pineal mechanism makes it unique among peptide bioregulators.
